It all starts with a set of frame rails.. 1" x 3" - 11 ga

Two center cross members (same as rails)

Front frame horn assembled and welded in. the frame horn is 2x2 11 ga and is tigged together, i used a mig to put it on the rails so i had a good fill (and it's ahrd to sit on the ground and push the pedal :).. still plenty strong though)

Picture of my boots... what you cant see are my shorts with my boots, my wife thinks it's just wrong but i dont care.

Another pic of the crossmembers and the front horn, please excuse the mess

frame with front and rear horns

Rear frame horn

Now starting the dash upwright.. i'm using round tube instead of square (didnt have any square and i dont have a good bender for square.. round is strong and it'll be fine)

this is the front plate all welded in

got the lower tubes in and square, and connecting the front plate (it's 11 ga and the tubes are 1 1/2 .095 wall

end of day 2. and this is all i got accomplished

day 3 (actually not a day, just a couple of hours after work) i started cutting the upper front shock mounts

still cutting

a pic of the software cutting the shock mounts

ok, got it cut, now i gotta clean it up a little and bend it.

here's the shock mount all bent and welded up

1" upwrights are in getting ready to put the shock mount in.. (i've already test fit it and tacked it to measure, then knocked it back off to put in the upwrights)
